In spite of my better judgement, I participated in this 'say no to AI' thing by reposting a free to use pic, only to see that the pic was getting more favs than my actual art. Should've known better, as 'the current thing' always does get more traction. I am withdrawing from the battle against AI since DA's not gonna listen to us about it if they hadn't by now. I am still very against AI usage, however, as I still don't see the point other than to show how lazy you are. All of my art will continue to be created by my own hands and mind with no AI assistance what-so-ever, because fuck that! I'm not THAT lazy! Good luck to anyone still in the fight.

I do not, in any way, shape, or form, support AI art! I can't begin to tell you how many times I've clicked on some good looking art and was about to fav them, then I see the description that they were made by AI. This is no different than stealing other people's art and then taking the credit for the stolen work! Did you really make this yourself? Or did an AI create it and you're just taking the credit by purposely mislabeling it? OK, it was a fun thing to experiment with for a while, but now I see people actually RELYING on AI art for views, going as far as creating accounts just to post the art that the AI created! NOW when I see an art piece I like, I have to look at the tags and description to make sure they don't have the words 'ai' or 'dreamup' on them. Otherwise, I don't fave them and move on. Over a year since Eclipse was released and I haven't posted another Journal since. I don't like it, but I've gotten use to it by now, because I have to, right? The only thing I don't like about it is the category section was removed, not to mention people here abuse tags to no end, so it makes it even harder to find precisely what I'm looking for even when using the pound sign to seek out stuff. Everything's mesh-mashed together now.
